Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JJ Home Care Service & Training Centre, we strive to provide the highest quality training and support to our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to reconsider your enrollment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the student and the institution.

🚨 Important Refund Conditions

Please read the following conditions carefully before requesting a refund:

  • You must have attended classes for at least 3 days to be eligible for any refund consideration.
  • The refund request must be made within 5 days from the date of joining the course.

Refund Calculation

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above (3 days attendance + request within 5 days), the following deduction applies:

  • 25% Deduction: We will deduct 25% of the total course fees as administrative and processing charges.
  • The remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method.

No Refund Policy

After 5 days of joining the course, strictly NO refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality of our training and resources for all committed students.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our administration office directly or email us at info@jjhomecaretrainingcentre.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.

Requests made verbally without written confirmation (email or letter) will not be processed.
